Finally, Doug Polk and Daniel Negreanu set a kick-off date for their heads-up challenge. After a long exchange of messages via Twitter, the two players defined this and other details:
- Start: November 1st, 2020;

Negreanu and Polk defined that each will play from their houses, and Daniel also confirmed some details for the challenge:
- He agrees on a Real-Time Assistance (RTA) inspection;

The match will be streamed with a 2-hour delay, and Kane Kalas will make the comments. Both grinders have not defined where the challenge will be played as they await a "final legal opinion." Polk has already refused to play on rake-free tables at GGPoker.
