$500K GTD Championship Online Poker Series Lite on Chico Poker Network

Features of the series

The US-friendly Chico Poker Network, after three different series each month of the year (COPS, King of the Ring, and Mystery Series), announced for the first time in April a mini-version of its flagship festival.

From April 24 to May 1, TigerGaming, BetOnline, and SportsBetting will host the Championship Online Poker Series Lite, guaranteeing $500,000 across 95 events.

Main features:

• The buy-ins range from $2.2 to $55. Almost all tournaments feature entries of up to $11.
• The average guarantee, excluding the $200,000 GTD [Main Event], will be almost $3,200.
• More than 10 events are announced daily, mainly in PKO and Deep Stack formats. There will be events in Big Ante and Button Blind formats.
• At least one Omaha MTT is scheduled daily (PLO, PLO5, PLO6). The largest will be held on April 30, COPS Lite 92: $5,000 GTD for $55.
• From the second day of the series, players will receive random prizes.

Main events

The biggest tournament, which accounts for the 40% guarantee of the series, will be the regular Sunday Main Event for $109, with the prize pool raising to $200K.

But three other MTTs also be considered COPS Lite Main:

• COPS Lite 82: $12,500 GTD Mini Main for $5.5. April 30.
• COPS Lite 83: $75,000 GTD Main for $33. April 30.
• COPS Lite 92: $5,000 GTD for $55 (PLO). May 1.

The main one has the following structure:

• The initial stack is 100,000 chips (200BB).
• The blinds grow every 7 minutes.
• Table format – 7-max.
• Late registration with a maximum of 10 re-entries – 26 levels.

The satellite grid for COPS Lite includes a 6-max SnG for $5.5 with one ticket in prizes and four daily events for $3.3 with 4 tickets added.
