$250,000 GTD Freebuy Super Series
Within the past few months, the Winning Poker Network had several issues related to its gaming platform, resulting in payment delays, tournament cancellations, server downtime, etc.
To amend this situation, WPN announced a $250,000 tournament series for grabs. Six tournaments are scheduled for each day from October 16 to November 3, and GTD prize pools start from $150 up to $20,000 for the Main Event scheduled for Sunday, November 3.

The schedule includes NLH and PLO events both in 6-max and 8-max formats, and although being freerolls, players will have the possibility to rebuy and make add-ons.
Each player will receive a free 1,000 initial stack, rebuys will give 2,500 chips and add-ons 10,000; some events will also offer free rebuys. Rebuys and add-ons in the Main Event cost $20.
Both promotions held by American poker networks have a common driver: attract more amateur players to the tables;
- Chico Poker is offering $60k for taking part in cash games (regular and fast) and SnG tournaments, meaning that new players will join the tables looking only for entry to the MTTs;
- Although Winning Poker is trying to amend the issues related to its software update, for sure, amateurs players will boost his bankrolls in the Freebuy Series, something that will lead to an increase in the traffic.
