POWERFEST IX: partypoker guarantees $30MUSD in April 2019
POWERFEST 2019 will kick-off on Sunday 31st March and over 250 events are scheduled until the last day, April 14th, 15 days of incredible action for MTTs fans. All players are welcomed to join the POWERFEST IX series, with low buy-in tournaments starting at $5,50 up to an incredible $25,500 Super High-Roller event with $2,5MUSD GTD.
8 tournaments will be played daily from 17:30 to 22:00 (CET time), with more events scheduled on weekends. The first day of the series (March 31st) will feature 25 events with almost $4MUSD GTD.
Over $10MUSD will be played in 32 events with a buy-in higher than $1kUSD, which makes of the POWERFEST a great opportunity for high-rollers. The rake for the largest events ranges from 2% to 4%, for example, the Powerfest #54-SHR: $2.5M Gtd Championship Event 8-Max has a $20,000 + $500 buy-in, a 2% rake, and the Powerfest #70-HR: $1M Gtd Championship Event PKO features a $2,000 + $50 buy-in (2,5% rake) and the Progressive Bounty is $1,050 with no rake.
Main features of the partypoker POWERFEST IX:
- 5 Main Events (or Championship Events) will be played on April 4th, 11th, and 14th, each one with a minimum guaranteed prize of $1MUSD;
- The schedule includes tournaments in all formats: 6-max, 8-max, deep stack, turbo, and hyper turbo, PLO, and of course lots of Progressive Knockouts (one daily $320 event) with a rake-free bounty element;
- Over 250 tournaments in total.
