PPPoker will host a new World Championship in Brazil in 2020

PPPoker isn't' another app in the crowd. This now mobile global gaming platform hosts hundreds of thousands of clubs around the world, and since 2018 they have organized several live events in Asia (Philippines, Japan, Taiwan), Latin America (Mexico), Europe (Germany), etc. The first 2020 live event was recently announced: the PPPoker World Championship Brazil.

São Paulo is a cosmopolitan city surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean; it's the most populous city in Brazil with over 30 million inhabitants and is world-famous for its beaches (Guarujá), tropical climate, and architecture filled with many skyscrapers.

From April 21 to 28, 2020, the Holiday Inn São Paulo Parque Amhembi (right next to the Aéroport de Saõ Paulo – Campo de Marte and Sambódromo Ddo Anhembi) will host 15 events with over $1,5M guaranteed in prizes.

The schedule includes fifteen events with an average buy-in of R$ 800 (about $195). Six starting flights with a R$1,250 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of R$ 4 million (about $1M) compose the Main PPWC Brazil Main Event.

Clubs and unions will have the chance to fight for the PPPoker World Champions title in the Team Event that will have three days of action with NLH, SNG, and KO Bounty games, respectively. The buy-in for this event is R$ 6,000, and the guaranteed prize pool is R$ 300,000 ($73kUSD).

Short Deck and PLO events will also be played in the PPWC Brazil 2020.

Important notes:

All events have unlimited re-entries with stack surrender (except for the Team Event);
20% is charged as a fee (3% for dealers and floor staff).

PPPoker is also strengthening its position in Brazil and even signed a sponsorship deal with the Cruzeiro Football club, one of the most famous clubs in the country.

Players can get tickets to the PPWC Main Event grinding at the PPPoker application until March 2020. The satellites are scheduled as follows:

PPWC ME Satellite Step 1: 450 + 50 gold chips buy-in, ticket to step 2;
PPWC ME Satellite Step 2: 4500 + 500 gold chips buy-in, ticket to step 3 to every 40k gold chips in the prize pool;
PPWC ME Satellite Step 3: 36,000 + 4,000 gold chips buy-in, ticket to PPWC Main Event R$ 1,250.
