$1,300,000 GTD Zombie Hunter Bounty Poker Series on Chico Poker Network
This year, the Chico Poker Network celebrates Halloween for the first time with a special series called "Zombie Hunter Bounty." Across its 104 tournaments, almost $1,300,000 will be paid in the last week of October. There are also two extra promotions: a bubble bust bonus and a $1,000 daily Zombie Hunter Shootouts Freeroll.
Features of the series
Last year, the US-friendly Chico Poker Network limited its Halloween celebrations to rename its flagship tournament and boost its guarantee. In 2022, a whole series of events was announced.
From October 23 to 30, Tigergaming, Betonline, and Sportsbetting will host 104 Zombie Hunter Bounty Series events will a $1,289,530 guarantee.
This is the second major festival in 2022 (only the Championship Online Poker Series was larger) and the third consisting only of bounty tournaments. Compared to COPS:
- Buy-ins from $1.1 (only one event) to $215. The average entry is $53.6, although most events will be held at $11-$55.
- Accordingly, the average guarantee of $12,400 is also lower (excluding the Main Event).
- There are fewer Omaha events (17), but they are all played in H/L format. Buy-ins range from $22-$215 and guarantee up to $10k.
- The bounty structure is different. Fixed and progressive payments account for up to 70% of the "head." If the player is eliminated in the bubble and does not cash during that day, he will get the buy-in back.

$1,000 Zombie Hunter Shootouts
Starting from the second day of the series, all participants will earn a stack for this bonus tournament which will be played in a lottery format. The more knockouts a player makes in a day, the more chips he will get:
- 1-5 knockouts - 1 starting chip.
- 6-10 - 3 chips.
- 11-20 - 5 chips
- 21+ - 10 chips.
Main tournaments
There are five events with the word "Main" in the title, all of which start on October 30.
