BC.Game works by exclusion: it accepts players from any country that is not on the restricted list in its Terms & Conditions. In practice, most of the world, from Latin America to Asia and Africa. The bans are fewer, but they cover the heavyweight markets: the US, the UK, Germany, Austria, Spain, France and the Netherlands.

Since December 2024 the casino runs on an Anjouan license (No. ALSI-202410011-FI1), having surrendered its Curaçao permit. A VPN won't get you around any of this — the T&C ban it outright, and detection means a blocked account. The T&C also reserve the right to add any jurisdiction the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority deems prohibited.

This list is shorter than it used to be, but it doesn't tell the whole story. Some areas are restricted at the operator level rather than in the terms and conditions. Ontario in Canada is a good example of this, and access in some parts of Asia depends on the operator's own geo-policy.

What happens if you log in from a restricted country?

BC.Game blocks restricted regions right at the door: instead of the lobby, you get a notice that players from your region are not accepted. We checked it ourselves from a Spanish IP, and the block appears at login, before you even reach a login form.

According to our gaming license regulations, we do not accept players from your region. If you think this is a mistake, check your VPN connection.

That last line about VPN is not an invitation. Using one in any form breaks the rules, and detection means a blocked account.

BC Game United States

BC.Game does not accept US players: the USA and its territories are on the restricted list, and the sweepstakes spin-off BCGAME.US is gone too.

BCGAME.US launched in December 2024 as a social casino built on the sweepstakes model. This model allowed American players to participate in games without the need for monetary purchases — just register and get free coins (tokens) to play. This approach complied with American sweepstakes laws and bypassed most restrictions on traditional online gambling.

It didn't last. BCGAME.US was shut down in 2025, months after launch. By August 2025, registration and login were already unavailable. The timing tracked the broader sweepstakes crackdown in the US: state-level bans such as California's AB 831 helped push more than twenty sweepstakes casinos off the market across 2025 - 2026.

BC Game UK

BC.Game previously offered services to UK players via a separate domain bcgame.uk, but announced in November 2024 that it would be closing its UK operations entirely. An official notice on the site announced that new player registrations would cease on November 14 and all existing accounts would be closed and refunded.

The main reason for leaving was the lack of a UKGC (UK Gambling Commission) license, which is mandatory for legal work in the country. The UK has one of the strictest gambling regulations in the world, requiring operators to comply with strict standards for player protection and financial guarantees. BC Game, as a crypto-payment-focused company, chose to leave the market.

BC Game Canada

BC Game is available to Canadian players in all provinces except Ontario. Ontario has run its own regulated iGaming market since April 2022 through iGaming Ontario, under the AGCO — the provincial regulator established back in 1998.

Canadian federal legislation allows provinces to independently regulate online gambling, which creates favorable conditions for various operators.

BC Game Europe

BC.Game serves most of Europe on its Anjouan license (more on the license below), but the big regulated markets — Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Austria — are off-limits.

However, the availability of the platform varies significantly between EU countries due to national regulatory peculiarities. Germany, France or the Netherlands have strict restrictions for offshore operators, while Eastern Europe is more lenient in this matter.

Is BC.Game legal in Germany?

No, access from Germany is banned in BC.Game's own T&C. The operator drew the line itself: Germany's licensing framework leaves offshore crypto casinos outside the fence, and BC.Game chose not to contest it. A VPN doesn't change the math — it breaks the rules and ends in a blocked account.

BC Game Asia

The Asian region remains a key market for BC.Game Casino, where the platform is particularly popular due to the high adoption rate of cryptocurrencies. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines have all seen steady growth in their user base, although the legal status remains questionable.

Japan and South Korea are more challenging markets due to strict regulations, but BC Game continues to serve players from these regions through its technical presence and active cryptocurrency usage among Asian clients.

Is BC.Game legal in Malaysia?

 The country is not on the restricted list, so BC.Game accepts players from Malaysia. Local law is a separate question: gambling is tightly restricted domestically and online casinos sit in a grey zone, which is exactly why crypto deposits do the heavy lifting here: no local bank in the chain. "Accepted by the casino" is not the same as "endorsed by the state"; the decision, and the risk, stay with the player.

Is BC.Game legal in Vietnam?

Vietnam is also not on BC.Game's restricted list, so players are accepted. For residents, local rules are stricter than the casino's: gambling for Vietnamese nationals is largely prohibited domestically, which pushes play toward offshore crypto sites. The same caveat as Malaysia applies.

Is BC Game legal in India?

India changed the rules in 2025: the Online Gaming Act banned all real-money games, and regulators have been blocking offshore casino sites en masse.

Until recently India looked like BC.Game's most promising market. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, passed in August 2025, ended that: real-money gaming is banned nationwide, and by January 2026 regulators had blocked more than 7,800 gambling sites, with further waves through 2026. The twist is that India is not on BC.Game's restricted list. The blocking happens on the state's side of the wire, at the ISP level.

The growing popularity of cryptocurrencies in India creates a favorable environment for BC Game, especially among a young, tech-savvy audience.

But the company does not expand its presence through aggressive marketing and push notifications, fearing possible sanctions from the state.

BC.Game license in 2026: from Curaçao to Anjouan

Since December 2024, BC.Game operates under a license from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of Comoros) — No. ALSI-202410011-FI1, issued to Twocent Technology Limited, a company registered in Belize (No. 000041939).

The move was not cosmetic. On December 5, 2024, BC.Game surrendered its Curaçao license ahead of a pending revocation, while Curaçao courts were declaring its parent company Small House B.V. bankrupt and the jurisdiction itself was tightening rules under the LOK reform — Curaçao's new licensing law. The operator's stated reason: Curaçao no longer protected its operators.

What it means for a player: Anjouan is a light offshore jurisdiction — licenses are quick and cheap to obtain, and the player-protection standards sit well below UKGC or MGA-tier regimes. It is the same trade-off the old Curaçao setup carried, one rung further out. The dispute over player claims from the bankruptcy case is still working through Curaçao courts.

One more thread to watch: in September 2025, Curaçao's regulator quietly removed BC.Game's license revocation from its public register. Whether that is paperwork hygiene or the prelude to a comeback, nobody has said.

Can you play BC Poker in your country?

BC Poker is the poker room of the BC.Game ecosystem, and the door policy is the same: its restricted-country list matches the casino's. Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Comoros, the UK, the USA and the FATF-blacklisted countries are out; if your country clears the casino lists above, it clears BCPoker too.

Prospects

The future of BC Game Casino depends largely on its ability to quickly adapt to different markets. Large markets like the US, UK and Germany require significant investment in compliance with local requirements, which on the one hand is a "tasty morsel" for any operator, but on the other hand, the question arises, how profitable is it to enter a market with inflated conditions?

BC.Game has answered that question with its feet: out of the UK, out of the US, off Curaçao — and doubling down on Latin America and Southeast Asia. India's 2025 ban complicates the Asian half of that bet, but the direction holds: growth where crypto adoption is high and regulation is light, not costly licensing pushes into fenced-off markets.
