Cloudbet opened in 2013, which makes it the oldest crypto gambling site still running. It runs a casino and a sportsbook on one account: 2,900+ games from 100+ studios, sixteen in-house provably fair Originals, and a sportsbook that will take a bet most operators would refuse.
Nothing in the reward system carries a wagering requirement — every reward is cash, withdrawable the moment it lands. Loyalty tiers are permanent and cannot be lost. And a verified account has no withdrawal ceiling at all.
There are trade-offs, and the largest one turns on how you size and verify your account rather than on the product itself. That comes further down, together with the licence — which we checked against the regulator’s own register rather than the website footer.
Who it fits: players who bet at volume and cash out at size, and anyone who has VIP status at another casino and can carry it across. Who should think twice: casual players hunting a big headline bonus, anyone who deposits in fiat, and anyone who plans to leave a five-figure balance sitting on the site unverified.
Welcome offer
Ongoing rakeback
Cloudbet has no deposit match, no free spins on signup, and no bonus code step at registration.
This matters more than it sounds, because most pages ranking for the brand still say otherwise. Search Cloudbet and you will find "100% up to 5 BTC" repeated across affiliate reviews, including some of the largest casino sites in the results. That offer is retired. On July 26, 2026 the operator's own promotions board carried four things: the Welcome Package, Cloudbet Rewards, the referral programme, and a Pragmatic Play prize draw. No deposit match anywhere.

It is not a bonus. It is 30 days of accelerated rakeback and cash drops, paid as real money you can withdraw immediately.
The trade is clear. You get no lump sum on day one. You also get no 40× wagering requirement, no excluded games, and no bonus expiring under you. For a player who was going to deposit and play anyway, that is a better deal than it looks on a comparison table.
This is where the number changes shape.
Cloudbet's rakeback is a share of the house edge, not a share of your turnover. The operator's own help center gives the example: on a game with a 4% house edge, 10% rakeback returns $4 for every $1,000 wagered. That is 0.4% of turnover — not 10%.
| Game type | House edge | 10% rakeback per $1,000 wagered | 5% rakeback per $1,000 wagered | Effective % of turnover at 10% |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blackjack, baccarat (optimal play) | 1% | $1.00 | $0.50 | 0.10% |
| Roulette, most table games | 2% | $2.00 | $1.00 | 0.20% |
| Mainstream slots (operator's own example) | 4% | $4.00 | $2.00 | 0.40% |
| High-volatility slots | 6% | $6.00 | $3.00 | 0.60% |
So what does the $2,500 headline require? At 10% rakeback on 4%-edge slots you earn 0.4% of turnover, which means roughly $625,000 wagered in thirty days to reach the ceiling from rakeback alone. Cash drops sit on top of that, so the real figure is lower — but not by an order of magnitude. Deposit $200, play it through five times, and the welcome package is worth about four dollars.
This is not a criticism of Cloudbet so much as a correction of how the number reads. 0.4% of turnover with nothing attached to it is a real return, and it compares better than it looks against a rival's "20% cashback" once you find the 40× wagering requirement underneath. But a casual player should not choose this casino because of the $2,500.
For a sense of scale: we converted the reward programmes of fourteen crypto casinos onto this same basis — percentage of turnover returned, at an average slot house edge of 4.1% — and Cloudbet’s standard 5% lands in the middle of them, at about $2 back per $1,000 wagered. Five pay less, six pay more. What separates it from most of the six above is the form: here the reward is cash you can withdraw the moment it lands, while several of the higher rates arrive as a balance you have to wager first.
Alongside the welcome offer runs a rotating slot of provider prize draws — Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins was live the week we checked. Individual draws come and go every few weeks; the shape of them is stable.

Start with the thing most readers can use immediately: Cloudbet will carry over VIP status you hold at another casino. The VIP page says so directly — bring your status, and a manager handles the details, including what the operator calls an exclusive welcome offer for transfers. If you have a level anywhere else, ask about this before your first deposit rather than after it.
Everything else runs off lifetime turnover, and the ladder is published in full — which is worth saying out loud, because in this industry it usually isn't.
| Tier | Lifetime turnover | Base rakeback | TURBO rate | TURBO duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $0 – $1,000 | 5% | up to 10% | 20 min |
| Silver | $1,000 – $10,000 | 5% | up to 10% | 30 min |
| Gold | $10,000 – $100,000 | 5% | up to 10% | 30 min |
| Emerald | $100,000 – $1M | 5% | up to 10% | 45 min |
| Sapphire | $1M – $10M | 5% | up to 12.5% | 45 min |
| Ruby | $10M – $100M | 5% | up to 15% | 60 min |
| Diamond | $100M – $1B | 10% | up to 20% | 60 min |
| Blue Diamond | $1B+ | 10% | up to 25% | 90 min |
The base rate is flat across almost the whole ladder. Five percent covers everything from a first deposit to ten million dollars of lifetime turnover, and the step to 10% arrives at Diamond, which needs $100 million. So almost every player here is on 5% — 0.2% of turnover on a 4%-edge slot, paid on every bet, win or lose, with no conditions attached.
TURBO is where the real movement is. Claim a reward from your Rewards Calendar and your rakeback rate jumps for a fixed window — 20 minutes at Bronze, 90 at the top. You can trigger it repeatedly through a day. Playing your session inside those windows rather than around them is the single largest lever an ordinary account has here, and it is entirely within your control.
The tiers are permanent. Cloudbet states plainly that you keep your level even after a break. That sounds minor until you compare it with the monthly-reset model most crypto casinos run, which quietly punishes anyone who plays in bursts.
The operator's own headline for all this is up to 80% back on the house edge. That is a stacked ceiling — top-tier rakeback with TURBO live, plus cash drops and level-up payouts — not a rate you should expect. At Blue Diamond with TURBO running, 25% of a 4% edge is 1% of turnover; that is the honest top of the range for the rakeback component.

We made a small deposit and placed several casino bets with a total turnover of a few dollars. The account displayed the 10% welcome rakeback rate while we played and credited the rewards in real time. Half of the earned rakeback was automatically added to our balance, while the other half appeared in the Rewards Calendar as a Casino Cash Drop. Identity verification was required before we could receive the Cash Drop.
Support confirmed that scheduled rewards unlock once a day at 00:00 UTC and that each unlocked reward must be claimed within 24 hours or it is forfeited. The Cash Vault was also visible in the rewards panel and showed 29 days remaining.
The catalogue runs to 2,900+ games from over 100 studios, which puts Cloudbet mid-pack on size and near the top on quality of the roster: Evolution runs the live floor, and Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming and BGaming all supply slots.
That is a smaller library than the 9,000-plus some competitors advertise. It is also a curated one — there is very little of the filler that pads those numbers, and filtering by studio, RTP or feature works properly, which matters more than raw count.

This is the part of the site Cloudbet built itself, and it is the reason to have an account here rather than at a bigger library.
| Game | RTP | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Blackjack | 99.48% | Table |
| Mines | 99% | Arcade |
| Plinko | 99% | Arcade |
| Limbo | 99% | Crash-style |
| Dice | 99% | Arcade |
| Baccarat | 99% | Table |
| Keno | 99% | Lottery |
| Pump | 99% | Crash-style |
| Wheel | 99% | Arcade |
| World Tour Football | 98% | Arcade |
| Roulette, Advanced Dice, Dice Golden Ticket and others | 98–99% | Mixed |
A 99% RTP is roughly three percentage points better than a mainstream slot, and it feeds directly into the rakeback maths above: a lower house edge means a lower rakeback payout per bet, but a much lower expected loss. If you are playing for entertainment rather than chasing a bonus ceiling, the Originals are where the money lasts longest.

All of them are provably fair, and the verification method is published — covered below.
Evolution supplies the live floor, alongside On Air Entertainment, Vivo Gaming and Winfinity. That means the full blackjack, roulette and baccarat spread plus the game shows, at the table limits a serious player expects. A casino carrying Evolution has not cut corners here; the more useful question is the limits, and Cloudbet's are high.
Cloudbet is a sportsbook that added a casino, not the other way round, and the sportsbook is where its engineering went.
The headline feature is the trade execution engine, live since February 2025. When a bet exceeds Cloudbet's own risk appetite, the system syndicates it across global sportsbook liquidity instead of rejecting it. You place one bet from one account; the routing happens behind the scenes.
What that means in practice, in the operator's own words: per-click stake maximums still apply, so a large position is built through repeated bets, and low-liquidity markets stay small. On major markets — NFL, NBA, the Premier League — the effective ceiling runs into tens of millions of dollars. The maximum payout on a parlay is capped at €1,000,000 by the terms.
Alongside that: 30+ sports, a deep esports book (Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Valorant, FIFA, NBA2K, StarCraft), live betting, early cash-out and a Bet Builder added in July 2025. Margins are low by crypto-book standards, which is the quieter reason volume bettors end up here.
Two rules here are easy to miss until they cost you a withdrawal.
Before you can withdraw, Cloudbet requires you to have wagered a share of what you deposited. Not a bonus condition — a condition on your own money. Cloudbet calls it the playthrough requirement, which is what to search for in its help centre.
Cloudbet's stated reason is anti-money-laundering — stopping the site being used to cycle funds without play. It is a defensible policy and it is clearly published. It is also the single most common reason a first withdrawal gets blocked, and the reason to verify before you deposit rather than after: the difference between wagering 25% and 100% of your deposit is the difference between a formality and a problem.
| Level | What it takes | Deposit cap | Daily withdrawal cap | Must wager first |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Phone number only | $2,200 cumulative | $2,200 | 100% |
| Level 2 | Photo ID, proof of address and a face check, through Sumsub | None | No limit | 25% |
A fully verified account has no published daily or monthly withdrawal ceiling at all. That is rare, and it is the strongest single argument for Cloudbet over most of its competitors, who publish four- or five-figure monthly caps. High-value withdrawals can still trigger an additional review, so the absence of a cap should not be read as a guarantee of instant processing.
| Method | Minimum | Maximum | Fee | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto — 29 coins | ~$1 equivalent in; $5 out on USDT (Tron) | No daily or monthly cap (Level 2) | Network fee only | Our USDT (Tron) deposit credited immediately. Cloudbet says most withdrawals are instant but may take up to 24h |
| Fiat — USD, EUR, CAD, JPY | Per provider | Per provider | Per provider | Via Jeton or Vega e-wallet only |
| Buy crypto in-cashier | Per provider | Per provider | Swapped's own fee | Third party (Swapped) |
| Debit and credit cards, direct | — | — | — | Not supported |
Fiat is the weak rail. There is no direct card deposit; euros, dollars, Canadian dollars and yen all route through a Jeton or Vega e-wallet, which means a second account and a second set of KYC. If you are not already holding crypto, Cloudbet is more friction than a fiat-first casino.
We deposited $10 in USDT on the Tron network, and the funds were credited immediately. Only an email address was required to register and start playing. Cloudbet did not request ID, proof of address, or facial verification at registration, during the deposit or play, or when we opened the withdrawal page.

The withdrawal page clearly displayed the applicable playthrough requirement, including the amount wagered, the amount remaining, and the percentage completed. As stated by Cloudbet, an unverified account must wager 100% of the deposited amount before withdrawing, compared with 25% for a verified account. Our progress bar therefore tracked the full $10 deposit. After we had completed around two-thirds of the requirement, our balance had fallen below the $5 minimum withdrawal for USDT on Tron, so we could not test the withdrawal. We encountered no block or account freeze; the remaining balance was simply below the minimum withdrawal amount.
Cloudbet publishes a named RNG auditor: GLI, Gaming Laboratories International, certifying the RNG on all RNG-based games. That is worth more than it sounds. "Audited RNG" with no auditor named is marketing, and it is what most of this market offers.
On top of that, the sixteen Originals are provably fair, and the method is documented rather than asserted: the server generates a 32-byte secret seed, publishes an SHA3-256 commitment to it before you play, you supply or generate a client seed, and a nonce increments each round. Any round can be recomputed afterwards from those three values.
Be precise about what this covers. The Originals are verifiable; third-party slots are not — those rely on their own studios' certifications. And verification proves a round was not manipulated. It does not make a game profitable: the house edge is real and it is printed on the tile.
We played five rounds of Mines with three mines and used Cloudbet’s provably fair calculator to verify one of them. For the selected round, we entered the client seed, server seed, and nonce shown in the Provably Fair panel — nonce 5 in our case — into the calculator at /casino/provably-fair-calculator. It reproduced the same board, with all three mines in the same positions. The panel also displayed the server seed commitment published before the round, while the seed pair could only be changed between games. This confirmed that the result of the verified round had not been altered after we played it, demonstrating that Cloudbet is a provably fair casino. However, provable fairness does not change the game’s house edge or make it profitable.

Cloudbet states that deposits move straight to cold wallets regardless of size, that hot wallets carry only a small working balance refilled several times a day, that fund movements need three or more signatures, and that customer funds sit in segregated wallets with no commingling with operating money.
These are operator claims and there is no third-party audit of them. They are also more specific than the industry norm, and in thirteen years there has been no publicly reported breach of Cloudbet. The operator runs a bug bounty paid in USDT, with $10,000 or more indicated for serious findings.

The site is fast and dense in the way crypto casinos have converged on: a left rail for categories, a search that works, and filters for studio, RTP, volatility and feature that hold up at three thousand games. High RTP is a first-class filter rather than something buried, which fits the Originals-led catalogue.
Pulse is a live feed of what other players are hitting, and Bet Feeds lets you follow and share individual bets. Neither changes the maths; both make a solo session feel less solitary, which is the point.
There is no native app. No App Store listing, no Google Play listing — the mobile experience is the site, installable to a home screen as a web app. That is the norm for offshore crypto operators and it works, but it is a real difference from a licensed local casino, and anyone who wants a real app should know before signing up.
Live chat is 24/7, with email and a help center good enough that most of this page is sourced from it — the withdrawal limits, the wagering rule on deposits and the full VIP ladder are all Cloudbet's own documentation, which is more than most operators publish.
The complaint pattern is not about availability. It is about what happens when an account is under review: players report the chat going quiet, or answering with a holding line, while a balance sits frozen. On adjudicated complaints at AskGamblers, Cloudbet's average response is two days. On Trustpilot, where the platform measures reply latency itself, the operator has answered 92% of negative reviews but typically within a month.
We tested Cloudbet’s live chat by asking whether identity verification was required to withdraw funds. The AI assistant responded immediately and explained that full KYC was not required at Level 1, while Level 2 verification removes the withdrawal limit. The answer was clear and accurate, so we did not need to contact a human support agent, although that option was available.
Yes. Cloudbet holds a current licence that we verified against the regulator's own register, it does not appear on that regulator's enforcement list, and in thirteen years of operation there is no regulator action, fine, market ban or court proceeding against it that we could find.
The honest caveat is narrower than the search results suggest, and it is about size: Cloudbet freezes large balances for review, and it is slow about it. That is dealt with below.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Regulator | Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) |
| Licence number | OGL/2024/328/0599 |
| Licence type | B2C |
| Legal entity | Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company number 148526 |
| Registered address | Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, Curaçao |
| Payments subsidiary | Solas Technologies Limited, 25 Voukourestiou Street, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus |
| On the CGA licence register | Yes — register dated July 22, 2026. Issued November 23, 2025, renewal assessment in progress |
| On the CGA enforcement register | No — enforcement register dated July 10, 2026, which lists 31 revoked licences |
| RNG certification | GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) |
| Online since | 2013 |
What that licence is worth to you. Curaçao is not the UK or Malta. Under the reformed regime the regulator now names the licensed company, publishes the register and revokes licences — thirty-one of them on the list we checked — which is a real improvement on the old rubber-stamp system. But if Cloudbet refuses to pay you, there is no ombudsman with the power to force it. Your practical routes are the operator's own complaints process, a public complaint database, and pressure. Treat that as the floor of what can go wrong, and size your balance accordingly.
Two things cut in Cloudbet's favour. It is on the register, which sounds trivial until you realise how many crypto casinos cite a licence number that resolves to nothing. And it is absent from the enforcement list that carries, among thirty others, Small House B.V. — the entity behind BC.Game, revoked in December 2024.
| Venue | Cases | Outcome | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casino Guru | 37 | 10 resolved · 27 rejected · 0 unresolved | Reviewed the terms and found no unfair or predatory clauses. Nothing is left hanging |
| AskGamblers | 94 | 83 resolved · operator responds in ~2 days · resolution in ~7 days | Average dispute $29,255 — an order of magnitude above the norm for this market |
| Trustpilot | 2,537 reviews | 3.6/5 — 69% five-star, 21% one-star | Soft signal: Cloudbet solicits reviews and pays for a Trustpilot subscription, so read the score accordingly |
That $29,255 figure is the most revealing number on this page. Disputes at Cloudbet are high-roller disputes. This is not a casino arguing with players over an $80 bonus; it is a casino that occasionally sits on a five-figure balance while a review runs. Casino Guru's zero unresolved cases says those reviews do generally end with the player paid. The complaints say some of them take far too long, and that communication during the wait is poor.
One consequence for how you use the site, and it is the whole practical lesson: verify at signup, not at cashout, and do not let a large balance accumulate on the platform. Almost every published Cloudbet complaint involves an unverified or partly verified account withdrawing an amount that outran its own history.
On the wider reputation: search this brand and the loudest results are a Reddit thread from four years ago and a Trustpilot page. Both are worth reading and neither is evidence. Nobody posts to say a withdrawal landed in four minutes, so a book that pays reliably still accumulates a visible tail of complaints and no counterweight — which is exactly the shape of Cloudbet's public record.
| Partner | Field | Role, as Cloudbet states it | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional Fighters League (PFL) | MMA | Official global sportsbook and proud sponsor | Active |
| Karate Combat | Combat sports | Sponsor | Active |
| Tom Aspinall | MMA — UFC heavyweight champion | Brand ambassador, announced June 8, 2026 through Matchroom Talent Agency | Active |
| Dakota Ditcheva | MMA — PFL | Featured athlete and content partner | Active |
| Paul Hughes | MMA — PFL | Featured athlete | Active |
Worth one look, for one reason: a league checks a gambling company's books before it puts that company's name on its global sportsbook slot, and money on this scale says the operator expects to still be here next season.
It says nothing about the licence, and nothing about how a disputed withdrawal gets handled. Plenty of sponsored operators have gone under.
| Tool | Available | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Self-exclusion | Yes | 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or lifetime |
| Cooling-off period | Yes | 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months |
| Deposit limit | Yes | Set from account settings |
| Age verification | Yes | ID and face check through Sumsub at Level 2 |
| Direct access to help | Yes | Gambling-helpline and responsible-gambling links in the site footer |
| Self-assessment test | Not published | No on-site questionnaire found |
One thing belongs in the open rather than in a footnote: accrued Cloudbet Rewards are forfeited the moment you self-exclude or start a cooling-off period. The operator states this plainly. It is a poor incentive to attach to a protective tool, and it is the sort of thing a player finds out at the worst possible moment.
Cloudbet's own terms bar accounts held by anyone physically located in:
Most of that list is a licensing decision rather than Cloudbet's opinion of the market: the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, France and Australia all require a local licence the operator does not hold.
The terms let Cloudbet void a bet, in whole or in part, if it believes the bet was placed from a prohibited jurisdiction. On VPNs the operator declines to comment at all. We will not tell you how to get around a geo-block: doing so breaches the terms you agreed to, and the documented consequence is a voided bet or a forfeited balance at exactly the moment you try to withdraw.
Country-by-country detail, including the markets where access is fine but a local rule complicates it, is on our Cloudbet country availability guide.
What do we like
Moments to improve
Cloudbet gets 4.4 out of 5 from us, with Safety at 4.3. It is the most conservatively run of the veteran crypto books — a licence that checks out on the regulator's register, a named auditor, segregated funds, and thirteen years without anything for a court to say. The reward system is small but honest, and the sportsbook will take a bet the rest of the market sends back.
The high roller. This is the segment Cloudbet is built for and the one it serves best on the market: no daily or monthly withdrawal ceiling once verified, a dedicated manager from Sapphire, a book that syndicates a bet rather than refusing it, and 25% rakeback with TURBO at the top. The condition is not optional — complete Level 2 verification before the bankroll arrives, not when you want it back. Every published Cloudbet horror story is an unverified account trying to withdraw more than its history explains.
The volume player. Every bet earns rakeback here, on every game, at every tier — 5% of the house edge as standard, which on a 4%-edge slot is 0.2% of turnover, or about $2 back per $1,000 wagered, paid whether the bet wins or loses. That is the middle of the fourteen crypto casinos we have measured on the same basis. Time your sessions inside the TURBO windows and the effective rate roughly doubles. Over a year of real volume that compounds into more than a one-off welcome bonus you had to clear.
The casual player. Be clear-eyed: the $2,500 is not for you, and a $200 deposit generates a few dollars of rakeback. What you get instead is a clean site, sixteen in-house games at 99% RTP where a bankroll lasts noticeably longer than on a 96% slot, and no bonus terms to trip over. That is a decent trade — just not the one the banner implies.
Look elsewhere if you deposit in fiat and do not want a second e-wallet account, if you want a native app, or if you came for the big matched deposit bonus other sites still advertise for this brand. It does not exist, and it has not for some time.
Whichever group you are in, use it the way you would use any offshore operator: verify on day one, withdraw regularly rather than banking on the site, and make your first cashout a small test before you scale anything up.
