Grand Poker Network was launched on the 1st of November, 2014, by the 5Dimes group of companies, a major owner of casino and betting shop with the highest "А+" credit rating. It's for the popularity and serious reputation of 5Dimes that ensure the safety of games at Grand Poker Network. The inflow of new players is provided by the same casino and betting shop.

Dragon Room, also known as Grand Poker Room, is the main skin of the network. Different names are just market speak for different markets. The skins are absolutely identical.

The room welcomes players from all 50 US states and countries of the world, except France, Greece.

Attention! Since mid-October 2016 has blocked the game room for the players from Russia and Ukraine.

Traffic overview

Dragon Room is aimed at the American market, thus all the games are played in USD and the peak times fall on evenings EST. Since the network has been operating just for few months, the traffic yet does not exceed 100 connections. You can't find more than 2–3 regulars at the table.

Almost all the action belongs to the NLHE cash tables. The lowest stake is NL10, the highest — NL500. The traffic is divided in almost equal parts between full-ring and 6-max tables at all the stakes, plus 1–2 heads-up tables. The peak times see 5–7 tables of NL25–NL50, 3–4 tables of NL100–NL200 and 1–2 tables of NL500 with extremely soft lineups, full-ring most of the time.

PLO-traffic is minimal: 1–2 tables of PLO25–PLO100. The highest stake is PLO200, no HU tables.

The SNG section is represented by all kinds of single-table games + two-tables "Winner takes all" HU tournaments. The highest stake is $100. The traffic tends to zero. The МТТs, since the room is new and the traffic is small,

have guarantees in the range of several hundreds of dollars and buy-ins of 2–3 dollars. These tournaments are held daily and have overlays almost all the time. The biggest tournament is $750 GTD, it's held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Software and trackers support

5Dimes introduced a serious approach to the Dragon Room's software. The lobby offers easy navigation and quick choice of suitable games. The table layouts are unpretentious but functional. The button "Join similar" is available, and you are able to open the game chat in a separate window. There's also a poker client version for Mac OS. The technical operation of the room is beyond criticism. No critical downsides, except perhaps not very up-to-date graphics and a small time-bank.

The support for tracking software in Grand Poker is currently not applicable.

Deposit and withdrawal methods

You may deposit your funds at Dragon Room via bank cards, Skrill, NETELLER, Ukash, and other electronic payment systems, as well as Bitcoin.

Note! Since May 2016 Room provides withdrawals via Bitcoin only (takes few minutes). Other options take 2-3 weeks.

Benefits

Dragon Room is a perspective option as a secondary room or a room for bum hunting. In the peak time, you may find several tables up to NL500 with excellent lineups including players from the USA. No need for VPN, high safety of the funds + no delays in withdrawals. The rake is below average, and the lack of the VIP-levels means that you don't have to grind to get a good rakeback: over 50% are easily achieved given any amount of hands played.
