$10,000,000 GTD microFestival Series at GGPoker

For the second time this year, GGPoker will host a rebranded accessible series: microFestival, featuring a new approach to the schedule. We will analyze all the details of the festival in this article.

Features of the series

GGPoker holds many specialized series in online poker every year, but until now, there were only three accessible (only low buy-ins tournaments) festivals in the schedule, and all these series were called "Mini MILLION$."

In the summer of 2023, and considering that the last Mini MILLION$ had over 2 million entrants, GGNetwork decided to launch not only the second such series in a year but also radically change the structure under a new brand:

From June 4 to 25, 2023, GGPPoker will host the microFestival with a $10,000,000 guarantee across 162 events, including 9 multi-flight.

While holding a record guarantee, the series features separate numbered events. However, as in similar festivals, all days from Monday to Saturday and a special Sunday have the same schedule.

Also, the word “event" is redefined. Usually, this is how online series call a group of tournaments with an identical structure and name but different buy-ins. In microFestival, MTTs under the same number, on the contrary, have the same entry but a different structure or format.

The buy-in ranges from $1.88 to $25.
Headliners on:
- Monday-Saturday ($10.80 Bounty Hunters Grand Slam) guarantee $50,000.
- Two Sunday tournaments with $100k ($15 Bounty Hunters Sunday Grand Slam) and $125K ($25 GGMasters Sunday Bounty Special Edition) in prizes.
Many Omaha tournaments (about 40% of the total).

Multi-stage tournaments

The most significant prizes correspond to multi-stage MTTs. Among them will be played in Omaha, and three feature entries and guarantees in Chinese Yuan:
