$25M GTD APL Championship Series at GGPoker
From January 12 to February 2, 2025, GGPoker will host the Ace Poker Series League (APL) Championship with $25,000,000 guaranteed.
Features of the series
From January 12 to February 2, 2025, the Ace Poker Series League (APL) Championship will be played at GGPoker. It guarantees a total prize pool of at least $25,000,000 and an additional $27,000 daily in cash drops.
The festival is designed for Asian players:
- All Trophy and Side Events feature guarantees and buy-ins in yuan.
- The first and last Side Events are played at 06:00 and 17:40 CET.
- Buy-ins and guarantees usually include the number eight, considered lucky in the region.
The programming can be divided into two parts:
- Trophy Main Events: 27 tournaments. Four multi-flight tournaments. The biggest tournament in the series is APL Green Snake Main Event, ¥20,000,000 GTD of ¥2,025.
- Daily Side Events (hundreds)
Tournaments and flights with the words “Cash Drops” in the name, which will award ¥200,000 ($27k) in random prizes every day

Ace Poker League Trophy Events
Most Trophy Events are related to a zodiac sign. The winner of each event will receive a virtual dragon-shaped trophy.

Main Event
Day 2 of the ¥20,000,000 GTD APL Green Snake Main Event for ¥2,025 will begin on February 2 at 14:05 CET.
Starting on January 12, multiple starting flights will be played as follows:
- Starting stack: 50,000 chips (200BB)
- Blind increment: every 12 minutes
- Late registration with unlimited re-entries (14 levels)
- Each flight is played until 10% of registered players remain.
Players can participate in any number of starting flights, but only the largest stack advances to the finals.
You can qualify through different satellites:
- ¥20 Step to #27: APL Green Snake Main Event with 1-2 guaranteed tickets for ¥210.
- ¥210 Satellite to #27: APL Green Snake Main Event 2 Seats.
