Satellites to the Main Event WSOPC Montevideo at GGPoker
From March 30 to May 10, 2026, GGPoker will host a series of satellites that guarantee six tickets to the Main Event of the WSOP Circuit Montevideo.
Every Sunday at 11:00 PM, the WSOP-C Uruguay Weekly Final starts at GGPoker with a $215 buy-in and at least one guaranteed $1,700 ticket.
The ticket grants entry to Day 1 of the WSOPC Main Event, which kicks off on May 21, 2026, in Montevideo at the iconic Sofitel Montevideo Casino Carrasco & Spa.
The series features 12 events in total, with champions earning WSOP Circuit rings along with a $5,000 package to the WSOP Circuit Championship in the Bahamas this December.
The WSOP Circuit last visited Latin America in November 2025 at City Center Casino. The Main Event drew 501 entries and generated a $757,013 prize pool, with local player Gonzalo Velozo claiming the title and $154,113 in winnings.
Step satellites
Throughout the week, players can qualify for the Sunday satellite by progressing through step satellites, beginning with freerolls:

Players are responsible for covering their own travel, accommodation, and visa expenses.
Players who are unable to travel to Uruguay in May may exchange their ticket for tournament dollars, minus rake ($1,400). Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] before May 13.
