WSOP Online at GGPoker is a unique series. Its tournaments are the only ones that give players from almost all over the world the opportunity to win an official World Series of Poker gold bracelet. Of course, the minimum $100 buy-in is not affordable for everyone, but even events with four- and five-figure buy-ins can be accessed through step satellites. A large number of qualifying tournaments are scheduled throughout the series. To view the available options, open the "Satellites" tab in the lobby of the event you are interested in.
Moreover, in multi-day tournaments, players who enter directly do not gain an advantage over those who qualify through satellites. On the final day, only the largest stack a player has accumulated across all flights carries over, so chips are not added together as they would be when combining stacks from different flights for Day 2.
Despite the large fields, most bracelet events feature very deep structures. Players should also keep in mind that these tournaments run for many hours and typically start at 18:00 UTC, meaning participants from America and Asia will need to adjust their schedules accordingly.
Two regional freeroll series with significant prize pools provide players with additional opportunities to earn rewards, even without deep runs in the main series. All that is required is participation in bracelet events.
As for WSOP Online side events, they will consist of tournaments from GGPoker's regular schedule with increased guarantees.
Based on previous experience, WSOP Online is a period of record-breaking traffic, meaning cash game players will also benefit from the series. The selection of available tables will increase, bringing in many new players.
