The main tournament event commemorating ACR Poker’s 25th anniversary will be the 25th Anniversary Special, featuring a $2,500,000 guarantee and a $250 buy-in. Players can qualify for the tournament’s starting flights through step satellites with buy-ins starting at just $1.05.

How to get to the final?

Day 2 of the 25th Anniversary Special $2,500,000 GTD will begin on September 28 at 17:05 GMT. The final table will take place the following day.

Day 1 flights will be available every Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the following structure:

Starting stack: 300,000 chips (150 BB).
Turbo blinds increase: levels 1-10 and 19-24 every 6 minutes, levels 11-18 every 10 minutes, levels 25-28 every 12 minutes.
Regular blinds increase: levels 1-10 and 19-28 every 12 minutes, levels 11-18 every 20 minutes.
Late registration with unlimited reentry: 24 levels.
Table format: 8-max.

Flight play continues until the end of Level 28. A player can participate in any number of Day 1s, and all qualifying stacks are combined in the final.

Day 2: The 25th Anniversary Special is listed first in the ACR Poker tournament lobby. A list of all flights is available in the tournament lobby.

How to get into flights?

On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, ACR Poker runs two-tier step satellites:

$1.05 Super Satellite with a guaranteed 25 tickets at $11.
$11 Mega Satellite with a guaranteed 25 tickets at $250.

25th Anniversary Special: Our Opinion on the Tournament

Any major tournament is bound to attract players’ attention, but competing for a significant prize in a multi-flight event like the 25th Anniversary Special with cumulative stacks requires a serious grind and expenses well beyond the buy-in of a couple of satellites or Day 1.

To reach Day 2 with a healthy stack and improve your chances of making a deep run, you need to successfully play at least 3–4 flights, meaning you should be prepared to spend at least $1,000 directly on entries.

As for satellite qualifiers, they will have to grind even more. If your bankroll only allows for $1.05 tournaments, you will need to include them in your schedule throughout the entire Day 1. The last flight starts just a few hours before the final, while step satellites run every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

In any case, ACR Poker gives players with bankrolls of all sizes a chance to compete for a share of the $2,500,000 prize pool, with the level of investment proportional to the potential payout.
