Three OSS XL series Main Events

The Online Super Series XL has been one of the largest tournament series in modern online poker for several years. A minimum of $50 million in prize money will be awarded during the festival this September.

Five million of that total is allocated to the Main Event. All three tournaments feature two Day 1 flights, starting on September 20 and 27 (September 13 and 20 for OSS #3) at 15:05 GMT.

Day 1 structure:

  • Starting stacks: 300K–350K chips (188–219 BB).
  • Blinds increase every 15 minutes.
  • Late registration with unlimited re-entries is available throughout the entire playing day (8 hours).

Day 2 action begins on September 28 (September 27 for OSS #3) at 15:30 GMT. The live-streamed final tables will take place the following day.

Four multi-flight tournaments

The OSS XL schedule also features four tournaments during the final stages, which players can enter via multiple starting flights. The more stacks you qualify with, the more chips you will have for Day 2.

Day 2 of OSSXL #4 ($1,500,000 GTD, $630 buy-in) starts on September 28 at 17:05 GMT.

The tournament's flights are held in two formats: regular, with blinds increasing every 10 minutes, and turbo, with blinds increasing every 5 minutes. From each flight, 12% of the total number of registered players advances to the final stage.

The three other multi-flight tournaments on the OSS XL schedule will feature the Mystery Bounty format. This means that all players who reach the final stage have already secured a minimum payout, while any opponent they eliminate on Day 2 could earn them a top bounty worth tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Day 2 start times:

  • September 21 at 19:30 GMT. OSSXL #5 MB - $500,000 GTD. Buy-in $109.
  • September 27 at 20:05 GMT. OSSXL #6 MB - $150,000 GTD. Buy-in $33.
  • September 27 at 17:30 GMT. OSSXL #7 MB - $75,000 GTD. Buy-in $5.5.

ACR Poker 25th anniversary tournament

Day 2 of the 25th Anniversary Special $2,500,000 GTD will start on September 28 at 17:05 GMT. The final table will take place the following day.

Every Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, players will have access to Day 1 flights in both turbo and regular formats, featuring different blind levels.

Each flight runs through the end of Level 28. Players can enter as many Day 1 flights as they wish, with all qualifying stacks combined for the final stage.

Players can qualify for Day 1 and the flights of all September tournaments through numerous satellites in different formats. The full list of qualifying tournaments can be found in the lobby of the respective event. The cheapest step satellites have buy-ins of a few cents or are available as freerolls.

For players who prefer multi-stage tournaments and don't want to be eliminated from the game after a single unsuccessful session, September at ACR Poker offers plenty of opportunities to try again.

At the same time, Day 2s of the major tournaments will take place during the final days of the month. This means there is still plenty of time to build a solid stack and approach the decisive stages of the events with a good chance of winning a major prize.
