Tournament structure

The Winning Poker Network (WPN) confirmed all the details about the second flagship tournament of the year at the height of summer. There are no changes in the structure.

From July 20 to August 1, 2023, PokerKing, Americas Cardroom, and Black Chip Poker will host the new The Venom $10,000,000 GTD for $2,650.

All game days start at 13:05 ET time:

• Day 1A – Thursday, July 20.
• Day 1B – Sunday, July 23.
• Day 1C – Thursday, July 27.
• Day 1D – Saturday, July 29.
• Day 1E – Sunday, July 30.

Day 2 (last 11 hours) and Day 3 (game up to the TOP 9) are scheduled for July 31 and August 1.

The final table starts on August 2 with a live broadcast on Twitch and YouTube.

The Venom Fever

Direct satellites to the tournament will be held from July 20 to 30, and at least 717 tickets (almost 2 million dollars) will be played.

Steps are available for all qualifying tournaments. In those that have the word “Mega” in the name (with the biggest guarantee in tickets from 10 to 60), it will be possible to get entries, starting with freerolls on the following line:

1. $55 Mega Satellites: Freeroll > $0.55 > $5.50
2. $109 Mega Satellites: Freeroll > $1.10 > $11
3. $290 Mega Satellites: Freeroll > $2.50 > $33
4. $630 Mega Satellites: Freeroll > $6.60 > $66

More tickets of $0,55, $2.50, $11, $33, $109, and $290 are also played at the Blitz Steps tables.

They are a unique “fusion” of a tournament and a cash game in a fast-fold poker format. At each level, the player gets 1,112-1,719 chips and must bring it up to 5,000, after which he can move to the next level.
