FirePoker Review

FirePoker (PokerCommunity, Hurricane Poker) is the latest arrival from the Chinese market to Worldpokerdeals. It uses the same structure introduced by other Asian applications like PokerKing Asia or Red Dragon Poker: a direct cashier and only one main club instead of several ones. The PokerCommunity application is available both to iOS and Android devices and is fully compatible with Android emulators.

FirePoker (PokerCommunity) is a Chinese-focused application, therefore almost all players came from the Asian giant and games are played in Chinese Renminbi (1USD = 6,7CNY).

At the moment, FirePoker remains as an unpopular app in the western world and accordingly, the lineups are extremely soft. No Limit Hold'em is the preferred game but there is also some action in Omaha and HU.

PokerCommunity has a well-designed application with Chinese and English interfaces (to switch to English, click on the button with Chinese symbols in the login window).

The FirePoker lobby is very similar to PokerMaster or Red Dragon Poker one: all tables are presented with basic information: stakes, time, players, and format. At the top of the lobby, there are filters to help players picking up tables according to their needs.

Standard options like 4-color deck, table themes, bet sizing among others are available directly at the tables. A tab called "Career" shows basic statistics like Win Rate, Preflop Raise, 3Bet, presented in a 360º graphic.

As FirePoker is a very new application, support software hasn’t been developed yet.
