Cleaning at Coin Poker Bans for Autoposage Scripts and the Lazy Ass Case

Timeline of Events

On November 4, 2025, CoinPoker released the results of an internal investigation: several accounts were permanently banned for using autoseating scripts—programs that automatically take advantageous seats at tables next to weak players.

Many poker rooms issue similar statements to show they are actively combating cheaters. It serves as a warning to anyone trying to bypass the rules: sooner or later, their account — and their funds — will be gone.

However, this time, the story continued. On November 6, a Reddit post appeared from player "LazyAss," who claimed he had been falsely accused of using RTA (real-time teller) and had had approximately $10,000 confiscated from his account.

The next day, CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosbeck denied the allegations and issued an official response:

"The player did indeed use GTO Wizard during the game. Below is an excerpt from the security report."

Mario also added that CoinPoker invests millions of dollars in anti-cheating technology and collaborates with GTO software developers. If a player analyzes hands in real time, the security team receives this information directly.

CoinPoker later clarified that the funds confiscated from ‘LazyAss’ had been distributed among the 59 affected players.

Results

CoinPoker confirmed that it makes no exceptions — even for mid-stakes players. Any use of RTA tools or other prohibited software will lead to an immediate ban and forfeiture of funds.

The team does not disclose technical details of its security system but is willing to publicly defend the legitimacy of its actions. This case shows that CoinPoker is truly committed to fair play, and that honest users have nothing to fear.
