CoinPoker continues to hit new milestones. The poker room has announced "The One" $5,000,000 GTD, the tournament with the largest guarantee since the site's launch, scheduled for autumn 2026. Players can enter this multi-day event by paying the $250 buy-in or by qualifying through satellites, starting with freerolls. All players who advance to Day 2 of the tournament will receive a refund of their buy-in.

Day 2 of the $250 The One ($1,000,000 GTD) tournament on CoinPoker kicks off on October 12, 2026, at 17:30 GMT.

In addition to the $1 million prize, the winner will receive a physical trophy engraved with their nickname or real name, as well as a digital replica for their personal profile within the CoinPoker client.

Players can qualify for the final through daily flights; a total of 26 flights are scheduled.

Day 1 events with a $250 buy-in will run three times daily from October 4 to October 11 at 14:30, 17:30, and 20:30 GMT. Two "Turbo Day 1" events will be added to the schedule on October 12.

Structure of standard flights:

Starting stack: 125,000 chips (125 BB)
Blind levels increase every 10 minutes.
Late registration with unlimited re-entries for 15 levels.
Table format: 7-max.

Players can enter as many Day 1 flights as they like, but only their largest stack will carry over to the final day.
Day 1 participants can also earn additional bonuses.

Buy-in Refunds

For each successful Day 1 qualification, players receive a refund of their buy-in. There is no limit on the number of such refunds.

On top of the $250 refund, players receive an additional bonus for every stack that makes it to the final day, except their largest stack. The bonus is calculated using the following formula:

Re-Entry Promo

From October 4 to 11, CoinPoker will reward daily the three players who make the highest number of re-entries into "The One" flights within 24 hours. Each player will receive one "Day 1" ticket.

Re-entries paid for using a ticket don’t count towards the total.

If multiple players finish the day with the same number of entries, 3-Bet Club members will be given priority when determining the winners.

Satellites

Qualifiers for The One Day 1 flights start on September 28. Direct satellites with guarantee feature buy-ins of $5.50, $11, $25, and $55.

In addition, direct satellites are supported by a daily step-satellite schedule, with freerolls available at the first level.

The One $5M GTD: Our opinion

Top poker rooms have been running multi-day tournaments with massive guarantees for years. However, only a handful of sites can now afford to offer events with a $250 buy-in and seven-figure prize pools.

In our opinion, CoinPoker’s The One $5,000,000 GTD stands out with several notable advantages:

Stacks from Day 1 flights are not combined for the final day. This means that grinders with larger bankrolls don’t gain a significant chip advantage in Day 2.
Players who qualify for Day 2 via satellites receive an immediate $250 cash payout. Consequently, they are no longer required to play in "step" events to reach the next flight; instead, part of the amount and use the rest to play in the step satellites.

Overall, The One $5,000,000 GTD offers a relatively low barrier to entry for players with smaller bankrolls. Players can even work their way into the tournament without spending anything, starting with freeroll step satellites.
