Stake Poker signed a contract with Colombian professional player Farid Jattin, who has earned over $10 million in live tournaments. He becomes the first poker player to join the brand’s team of ambassadors, which already includes well-known athletes and media personalities. This partnership is intended to support the growth of Stake’s poker division in both the international market and the United States.
Stake is one of the best-known crypto gambling brands, with a long history of partnerships with athletes, streamers, and other celebrities. However, since Stake Poker launched in 2024, the poker division hasn’t had its own ambassador from the professional poker world.
That doesn't mean celebrities haven't previously promoted Stake Poker. For example, UFC champion Alex Pereira, who has partnered with the brand since 2024, appeared in an October 2025 Stake Poker ad promoting the All-In or Fold format.
Now, Stake has turned to someone with a strong reputation in the poker community. Farid Jattin, Colombia's all-time leading tournament player, has become Stake Poker's first professional ambassador.
Farid was the first to announce the start of the partnership on his Instagram. Later, the appointment was confirmed by Jean-Christophe Antoine, head of the poker division at Stake, via his LinkedIn profile. Antoine described the signing as another step forward, following the launch of Stake Poker in Mexico a few months earlier, and welcomed Jattin to the team.
Farid will represent both the global Stake Poker platform and the U.S.-based platform Stake.us, which operates under a sweepstakes model.
The signing of a well-known poker professional could help Stake attract the players who previously considered the brand primarily as a crypto casino or a sports betting platform.

Farid Jattin is a professional poker player from Barranquilla, Colombia, and ranks among the most successful players in Latin America. His total live tournament winnings exceed $10 million. According to The Hendon Mob, Jattin holds the top spot on Colombia All Time Money List.
Like many contemporary players, he began his career online, but from 2010 onwards, he increasingly participated in live tournament series. The following year, he secured his first six-figure payout ($117,481) by finishing second in the $2,500 Championship Event at the Borgata Summer Poker Open.
So far, Farid has had three wins of over $500K in his career:
Jattin has also come close to winning a WSOP title on several occasions, making seven final tables in the series. In 2022 and 2024, he finished runner-up in $5K buy-in Hold’em and Omaha tournaments.
Farid also coaches poker players and runs his own project, Farid Jattin Poker Coaching.
In 2024, he joined the Phenom Poker team and represented the brand at live tournaments. However, according to Jattin, he later began spending less time on poker as he took on new roles as a father, husband, and entrepreneur.
Now, the Colombian pro is entering a new chapter in his career and plans to become more active in the poker scene. In a message to his followers, Jattin emphasized that he wants to share more than just tournament results and session outcomes. He also intends to give them a look behind the scenes, including his work on improving his game, as well as both his wins and losses.
