A New Champion Joins Team GGPoker

On October 17, 2025, GGPoker announced that Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi had signed with the poker room and become the platform's new global ambassador.

Mizrachi himself commented on his decision succinctly and clearly:

"After winning the Main Event and being inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, I wanted to find a partner who shares my ambitions. GGPoker is the future of the game."

After an impressive summer of 2025, when Michael won the WSOP Main Event and became the first player in history to win four Poker Players Championships, his name reached a peak in popularity.

The player's colleagues noted that Mizrachi's addition to the team will bring the GGPoker brand even closer to its audience. Daniel Negreanu commented on the news:

"Michael is a true poker aristocrat. His success and consistency are commendable, and he's a perfect fit for our team."

Interestingly, before Mizrachi joined Team Pro, there was only one American citizen among the 26 players—Andy Stacks. He comes from Taiwan and is little known outside of Southeast Asia. Meanwhile, the two Canadians on the poker room team—Daniel Negreanu and Kevin Martin—are very popular among American poker fans.
