Venom PKO Events Kick Off in October at ACR Poker

On October 4, 2026, two flagship "The Venom" tournaments in the PKO format will kick off at ACR Poker, featuring a combined guarantee of $6,500,000. Players can win the $2,650 entry ticket through numerous satellites. Check out this article, as we cover everything players need to know about competing for these massive prize pools.

Tournament Schedule

New Venom events at ACR Poker will return in fall 2026 with a PKO format. Day 1 of the $5M GTD Venom PKO and $1.5M GTD Venom PKO PLO will kick off on October 4.

Last time, the two tournaments generated a combined prize pool of over $7 million, with the largest single payout reaching $675,000.

The starting flights, Day 2, and final stages of the tournaments follow a unified schedule:

Day 1A — Sunday, October 4
Day 1B — Thursday, October 8
Day 1C — Sunday, October 11
Day 1D — Thursday, October 15
Day 1E — Sunday, October 18
Day 2 — Monday, October 19
Day 3 — Tuesday, October 20
Final Table — Tuesday, October 21

Flight structure:

Buy-in – $2,650.
Starting stack – 300,000 chips (187.5 BB) for the Hold'em tournament, 400,000 chips (200 BB) for the Omaha tournament.
Blind levels – every 20 minutes.
Late registration – 18 levels*.

*Unlimited re-entries are allowed.

Play continues until 12% of the registered field remains.

Players can enter as many starting flights as they wish, with their qualifying stacks combined for Day 2.

Satellites

With a wide range of satellites available, players can qualify for The Venom at various buy-in levels.

The first satellites start

Beast & SnG Venom Fever for $95. Starts every Sunday at 22:05 GMT. Each tournament guarantees 20–30 tickets worth $2,650.
Survivor Flip Satellite. 4-level SnG tournaments. Play continues until only one player remains at the table; that player advances to the next level or wins a ticket if the game ends at Step 4.

Direct Venom Fever satellites will start on September 29. The MEGA and Daily Direct satellites, with buy-ins ranging from $33 to $630, will award hundreds of tickets to The Venom.

Step satellites for these events start with freerolls, meaning players can potentially qualify for a seven-figure first prize without spending anything.

In October, The Venom tickets and satellite entries will also become available through the Venom Vault. Players will receive their first mystery-reward box for free, with additional boxes available by completing special missions.
