$50,000,000 GTD Winter Giveaway Series at GGPoker
GGNetwork announced the Winter Giveaway Series tournament festival for the New Year Holidays with a $50,000,000 guarantee, 31 numbered events, a $1,000,000 GTD freeroll, and several hundred side events. All the details of the series are in our article.
Features of the series
From December 15, 2023, to January 15, 2024, the Winter Giveaway Series will be held at GGPoker with a massive guaranteed prize pool of $50,000,000.
- There are 31 numbered events scheduled. All of them, except for one tournament, got six and seven-figure guarantees. Five multi-stage events. The largest of them, the Winter Giveaway Series Grand Finale for $250, guarantees $2,024,000.
- The incredible Happy New Year Freeroll guarantees one million dollars!
- The buy-ins of the numbered events range from $11 to $1,050, but most have entries of $25-$525.
- The Winter Giveaway Series side events will be held in the same daily blocks. Several major tournaments have been added to the schedule on Sundays. Entries range from $25 to $300.
- $4,000,000 will be added to the guarantee of regular tournaments during the series (so-called Winter Giveaway bonus, 10% more value).

Main Event
The Main Event is the $2,024,000 GTD #31 Winter Giveaway Series Grand Finale for $250. It's a multi-stage tournament. The final Day starts on January 15, 2024, at 19:00 CET.
From January 1, several starting flights are scheduled (from two to seven daily):
- Starting stack. 25,000 chips (125BB).
- The blinds grow every 12 minutes.
- Late registration period with unlimited re-entries of 15 levels.
- Play until 12% of the registered players remain in the tournament.
One player can participate in any number of flights, but only the largest stack qualifies for Day 2.
$1,000,000 GTD Freeroll
Perhaps the most populated event will be the $1,000,000 GTD #18 Happy New Year Freeroll, a record-breaking event open to all GGPoker players from December 20 to January 1.
