ACR Poker (Americas Cardroom) offers two rakeback programs: a flat 27% or Elite Benefits, its loyalty program, where the return grows with your rank. New accounts start in Elite, and support moves you to 27% on request, so the real question is which one pays you more.
By our math on ACR's official tables, the flat 27% is the better deal if you pay up to about $1,500 in rake a month. From about $3,000 a month, held all year, Elite returns 37% and more.
Sign up with promo code WPD10: our rakeback deal works on top of either program, and our manager will help you pick the one that fits your volume.
We recommend the flat 27% for tournament players and anyone whose volume rises and falls. Elite Benefits pays in Combat Points that you exchange for cash, and the exchange rate improves with your rank. It beats 27% only once you reach General, a rank you earn with a year of high volume, and only if you hold your points until then instead of cashing them in as you go.
We ran a year of play through ACR Poker's Elite Benefits tables at nine levels of monthly rake and set each result against the flat 27%.
| Monthly rake | Rank you reach in the year | Elite Benefits, % of rake | 27% flat |
|---|---|---|---|
| $250 | Captain | 15.8% | 27% |
| $500 | Captain | 15.0% | 27% |
| $1,000 | Major | 19.0% | 27% |
| $1,500 | Colonel | 22.1% | 27% |
| $1,516 | General | 28.6% | 27% |
| $2,500 | General | 28.9% | 27% |
| $3,031 | General | 36.8% | 27% |
| $8,334 | General | 41.4% | 27% |
| $15,152 | 5-Star General | 53.8% | 27% |
One calendar year from Lieutenant with volume spread evenly; Combat Points held and exchanged at year-end at the best package the rank unlocks; medals and VIP bonuses included; the welcome bonus, rake races and our rakeback deal left out for both programs. While the welcome bonus clears, it adds less on 27% than on Elite, so for those months the line moves lower.
Until you reach General, Elite pays less than 27% at every volume in the table. Once you reach it with less than $3,000 a month, Elite leads by only 1–2 percentage points; from about $3,000 a month, annual cash bonuses for high volume put it well ahead.
All of this assumes you hold your Combat Points: at $1,516 a month, exchanging them as you go returns about 23%, short of the flat 27%, while holding them until General gets you 28.6%. Our rakeback deal shifts these thresholds for players who join through us.
Beyond the monthly rake, here is what else matters:
Switches like these two are rare. Not sure which side of the line you're on? Send the manager your stakes and monthly volume, and we'll suggest a program.
Every $1 of rake or tournament fees earns 5.5 Rank Points (RP); your rank sets how many Combat Points (CP) each point becomes and which cash packages you can buy. Combat Points alone return 5.5% of rake at Lieutenant and up to 44% at 5-Star General, before medals and VIP bonuses. PokerKing's Royal Club runs the same structure under its own rank names.
| Rank | How to reach | How to keep | Combat Points per Rank Point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lieutenant | Default | — | 1 |
| Captain | 750 RP in a month | 750 RP the next month | 1.5 |
| Major | 3,000 RP in a month | 3,000 RP the next month | 2 |
| Colonel | 7,500 RP in a month | 7,500 RP the next month | 2.5 |
| General | 100,000 RP in a calendar year | 7,000 RP a month; held until March 1 of the next year | 3.5 |
| 5-Star General | 1,000,000 RP in a calendar year | 45,000 RP; held until March 1 of the next year | 5 |
Rank Points reset to zero on January 1. ACR Poker's terms treat flipping, any pre-planned play aimed at reaching a rank, as abuse.
| Rank | Best cash package it unlocks | Base return (Combat Points only) |
|---|---|---|
| Lieutenant | 1,000 CP = $10 | 5.5% |
| Captain | 4,500 CP = $50 | 9.2% |
| Major | 25,000 CP = $300 | 13.2% |
| Colonel | 50,000 CP = $600 | 16.5% |
| General | 250,000 CP = $4,000 | 30.8% |
| 5-Star General | 625,000 CP = $10,000 | 44.0% |
The base return is our calculation from ACR Poker's exchange table. The 100 CP = $1 and 1,000 CP = $10 packages are open from Lieutenant, and General also unlocks 100,000 CP = $1,500.
ACR Poker publishes no percentages for Elite; by the operator's own estimate, the program returns 5.5–65%. Our one-year model with steady volume takes Elite to about 60% at 2,000,000 RP a year, so the figures in our rake-by-rake table stay below the top of that range.
Medals pay $10 to $200 as you pass Rank Point thresholds during the calendar year, $1,200 in total up to 100,000 RP. VIP recognitions start at 200,000 RP: $2,600 there, $3,200 at 500,000, $4,200 at 800,000 and $20,000 at 1,000,000.
Medal and VIP progress resets on December 31. Unused Combat Points expire on that date only if you earned no points at all during the year.
Three habits help with Elite Benefits:
The flat deal pays 27% of the rake and tournament fees credited to you for each Monday-to-Sunday week (ET), with no ranks or resets. You move the money to your cash balance yourself, with the Redeem button in Rewards, whenever you like.
ACR's Rakeback screen prints the formula as "[(Ring Rake + Tournament Fees)-Bonus Earned out] *27.00%". The figures refresh daily at 4:00 am EST, and a negative balance carries over to the next week. Fees from MTTs, SNGs and Jackpot Sit & Gos all go into the base.
Players on 27% still compete in The Beast and Sit & Crush, ACR Poker's weekly rake races, and get the welcome bonus, but they earn no Rank Points or medals: ACR's Elite terms bar rakeback players from the program. While the welcome bonus is being released ($1 for every $5 of rake), 27% applies to rake minus the released bonus, so the two together return about 41.6% of your rake.
Moving from Elite Benefits to 27% takes an email to ACR Poker support at [email protected] and up to 72 hours. New accounts open in Elite whatever code or link they came through, so signup locks nothing in.
Going back to Elite is limited by ACR's terms:
"RakeBack players are barred from participation in the Elite Benefits Program. An one-time conversion from RakeBack to the loyalty program is possible."
Players registered through Worldpokerdeals can switch again by writing to us, and our support also handles special cases. Claim your medals and exchange your Combat Points before you switch.
Sign up through our link with code WPD10: the account opens in Elite Benefits, and if 27% suits your volume better, ACR support moves you on request. To get started, follow these steps:
Through Worldpokerdeals you get a rakeback deal on top of either option. Ask the manager for details.
The welcome bonus of ACR Poker releases $1 per 27.5 Award Points, earned at 5.5 per $1 of rake: about 20% of your rake while it clears. On 27%, the released amount comes off the rakeback base. The deadline, minimum deposit, race contributions and WPDRELOAD for existing players are on our ACR Poker bonus code page.
Two weekly races pay alongside whichever rakeback program you're on: The Beast ranks cash-game rake and Sit & Crush ranks SNG fees. Race weeks run Saturday to Friday, and ACR Poker also runs Blitz Beast and a USA Weekly Leaderboard.
For the week of October 3–9, 2026, The Beast paid 475 places from a $58,988.55 cash jackpot and a $19,662.85 tournament package jackpot. The top 16 took $500 each, followed by steps of $250, $125 and $50, and 155 players got a $95 Sunday Tourney ticket. Sit & Crush paid 483 places from $60,210.92 and $20,070.31, with the top 17 on $500, the same steps and tickets for 158 players.
ACR Poker takes 5% on No-Limit and Pot-Limit cash games, with a $3 cap for pots with 5–9 players at every stake and lower caps for pots with 2–4 players. Tournament fees run 5–10% of the buy-in, SNGs 10% and Jackpot Sit & Gos 6%.
| Stakes | Rake | 2 players | 3 players | 4 players | 5–9 players |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to $1/$2 | $0.01 per $0.20 | $0.50 | $1.00 | $2.00 | $3.00 |
| $2/$4, $3/$6, $4/$8 | $0.05 per $1 | $1.00 | $1.50 | $2.00 | $3.00 |
| $5/$10 and up | $0.25 per $5 | $1.25 | $1.75 | $2.25 | $3.00 |
Fixed Limit runs from 4.5% at the micros down to 1% from $20/$40, with caps from $0.01 to $3; the full table is on ACR's rake calculation page.
ACR shows tournament fees only in the client's lobby. When we checked it, the MTT fee ran from 5% to 10%: PKO events at $10 + $1 and $100 + $9, and hyper satellites at $10 + $0.50.
Both programs pay on your rake minus the share that goes into the prize pools of The Beast and Sit & Crush, and that share depends on the game, so there is no fixed percentage. The welcome bonus is counted on the same base. Rake itself is credited by the weighted contributed method: each player's share of a pot's rake follows what they put into the pot.

Pick your ACR Poker program by how much you rake and how evenly, not by the "up to 65%" on the banner. Revisit your choice when you move up in stakes or expect to play less.
