Power Path qualification

This year, PokerStars has introduced a new qualifying format called Power Path, which includes $285,000 worth of WCOOP Step 4 tickets.

The Power Path is a four-tier format where players climb their way up to Bronze (worth $109), Silver ($2,500), and Gold ($10,300) passes, which can then be redeemed for packages to specific events or series of their choice. Players will be able to exchange it for WCOOP event buy-ins and ticket packages.

First 3 steps of the Power Path:

  1. Step 1 — $0,50 Spin & Go.
  2. Step 2 — $1 Sit & Go / $1,50 MTT.
  3. Step 3 — $11 MTT.

In theory, there's no cost to winning the package: each player receives a $0.50 ticket to the first round each day.

Leaderboards

The $100,000 prize pool will be divided into four leaderboards. There will be one shared leaderboard with the winner taking home $25,000 and three leaderboards split by buy-in size:

  1. Low ($5,000).
  2. Medium ($10,000).
  3. High ($15,000).

Unfortunately, the trending Mystery Bounty format will not be part of this year’s schedule.

Worldpokerdeals wishes all WCOOP online players the best of luck!
