- Withdrawal times do not include non-labour days (Saturday-Sunday and public holidays).

Why did my cash out fail?
If your withdrawal request from Unibet was canceled, the first thing to do is check your email. You have likely received a notification there. The most frequent cause is due to the verification process or KYC.
There are other reasons, such as:
- The withdrawal was requested via a payment method not used to make a deposit.
- An active bonus is available. To withdraw funds, you must have wagered or canceled the bonus.
Incorrect details or the payment card has expired. - A previous withdrawal has not been proceeded yet.
- Account verification is still pending.
We recommend contacting the Unibet customer support team to confirm why your withdrawal was canceled and to resolve the issue.
How to verify the Unibet account
To confirm personal details, visit the "Account Details > Verify Account" section on the Unibet website.
Submit scans of your identity documents, such as your passport, driving licence, or ID, and proof of address, such as bank statements or utility bills.
It usually takes up to 3 working days for document verification.
