What changed on iPoker in 2026

Flutter Entertainment, the company behind Betfair and Paddy Power, is pulling both brands off iPoker, and it matters less than it sounds.

On August 13, 2026 Betfair Poker left the network and relaunched on PokerStars software as "PokerStars on Betfair" (the Irish room closed, with players directed to PokerStars.com). Paddy Power has announced the same move for later in 2026. Titan Poker closed. On the other side of the ledger, five regulated country skins joined: Fortuna Poker (Czechia), Holland Casino (Netherlands), Win2day (Austria), Sportium (Mexico) and PAF (Estonia).

Why the calm verdict? The UK skins stopped being a meaningful source of new players years ago — their parent companies were building sportsbooks, not poker sites. Sky Poker, often mentioned in the same breath, was never part of iPoker at all.

Difference between skins

All iPoker skins serve diverse markets. The list of iPoker skins divided by regions is as follows:

United Kingdom — William Hill, Betfred, Grosvenor Poker.

Europe — Guts Poker, Betsson, Betsafe, Nordicbet, NetBet, Coolbet.

America (Canada, Brazil and Mexico) — Red Star Poker, Champion Poker, Sportium Poker.

iPoker rakeback

The rake structure is the same for all poker sites on the network, including Grosvenor Poker. What differs between skins is the amount of rakeback you get.

iPoker network implemented its rake distribution structure in 2015: Source-Based Rake (SBR), an indirect distribution system that considers not only the volume of games but also different factors: deposits, withdrawals; profits/loss.

SBR benefits amateur and losing players, affecting regs (regular winning players) by assigning the last ones less real rake than a traditional weighted contributed system, where rake is split by how much each player puts in the pot. In short, SBR equals about 50% of the gross rake for winning players.

Games and traffic

By our own counts, iPoker holds 8,000+ concurrent connections at the evening peak around 22:00 GMT and over 7,000 on average across the year. There is enough action to keep you going around the clock, with the busiest tables during European evening prime time. This keeps iPoker among the largest networks in Europe.

In total, iPoker Network has six different poker formats:

SNG and Twisters

The most popular SnG game is Twister, the local version of Spin&Go, divided into different formats: Age of Gods, Wild, and regular Twister. The maximum prize pool of €200k occurs when the top multiplier of 1,000x hits the most expensive game of €200.

Game softness

iPoker is not particularly known for the presence of amateurs at the tables. Although this indicator improved with the flow of players from MPN back in 2020, the network still approves the use of third-party software (trackers) and pays 10–40% rakeback depending on the skin.
