The headline number in WPT Global’s rakeback promos is 40%. To qualify, be the first player to buy in and play a hand at an eligible NLHE or Short Deck table in the client’s High tab — that makes you the table’s starter for the session. We studied the two rakeback programs offered by the poker room and cross-checked four of the five cash rake tables in the poker client.
WPT Global pays rakeback for the game you play and the seat you take, not for volume: there is no VIP ladder to climb. PLO players get a flat 30% at every stake. In NLHE and Short Deck the only standing program is the Table Starter Boost, which returns 40% for the whole session, but only to the player who starts an eligible High-tab NLHE or Short Deck table.
That leaves most NLHE regulars with zero ongoing rakeback from the site, and that gap is what our Worldpokerdeals deal is built for: register with bonus code WPDEALS and you get rakeback where the site itself gives you none. Reach out to our support team to confirm the exact terms for your account.
The "Poker Rewards Program" in WPT Global's menu reads like a loyalty scheme, but the link opens the Table Starter Boost page. Add the flat 30% on PLO, and that is the site's entire standing rakeback: two promotions, each tied to a format, with no points to collect.
The table shows who gets what, including our deal on top of both public programs.
| Program | Rate | Who qualifies | Payout |
|---|---|---|---|
| PLO rakeback | 30% flat | PLO4/PLO5 cash, any stake | Mondays, 2 PM CET |
| Table Starter Boost | 40% for the session | First to start a High-tab NLHE/Short Deck table | With PLO rakeback |
| WPD deal (code WPDEALS) | On top of public programs | Registered with WPDEALS | Via our support |
| Other NLHE cash, MTTs | No standing rakeback | — | See sections below |

PLO4 and PLO5 cash games return a flat 30% of your rake at any stake, with no opt-in, no tiers and no volume targets. The promotion has run since May 20, 2025 and is listed as valid until further notice.
Your rakeback is calculated using rake attribution: you are credited in proportion to what you put into each raked pot, not for every hand you're dealt. Spending on table features and insurance is excluded from the rakeback calculation. The rakeback is credited every Monday at 2 PM CET for the week before.
Be the first player to buy in and play a hand at a High-tab NLHE or Short Deck table, and WPT Global returns 40% of your rake for your entire session at that table. The rate is flat across the High tab: 40% at $25/$50 is still 40% at $200/$400.
In practice, the 40% rewards the player who starts the table: whoever joins after you plays the same game at the standard rake with nothing back from the operator. The terms on WPT Global's Poker Rewards Program page set the boundaries:
When we opened the client, the High tab showed empty NLHE tables from $25/$50/$100 up to $100/$200/$400, each waiting for its starter.
The program's terms have changed since launch: it started in August 2024 as 20% at every stake and today pays 40%, only at High-tab tables.
Below the $25/$50 High tab, NLHE cash at WPT Global carries no standing rakeback. The same recreational-first policy that drives FairGame sends that value into promotions instead.
A $1/$2 or $5/$10 regular pays 4% up to the cap on every raked pot and gets nothing back by default. What's left is the promo layer, such as Super Giveaway tickets for deposits: campaigns like it change and end, so you can't build an hourly rate on them. The welcome package is a one-off, covered on our WPT Global bonus code page.

Regular volume below the High tab is what the Worldpokerdeals deal is built for: code WPDEALS is how you apply for it on top of WPT Global's public programs. The terms come from our support, and we don't publish the numbers.
Since August 2024, WPT Global has applied a policy to affiliate rakeback: players its proprietary FairGame algorithm considers "professional" or "highly skilled" will not be able to receive external rakeback. That is why we agree terms and eligibility one player at a time.
How to apply for the WPD deal:
The deal works inside WPT Global's rules: no second accounts and no artificial table-hopping to farm starter status.
The standard cash rake is 4%: CNY (Chinese yuan) Hold'em moves to 5% from ¥50/¥100 and PACE from 1/2, while Short Deck drops to 3% from an ante of 1. Every format except PACE follows "no flop, no drop", and USD NLHE caps shrink in big-blind terms from 6BB at the micros to 1BB at the top.
Rake attribution, defined in the PLO section, also sets the base for both rakeback programs.
In dollars the USD NLHE cap for 5+ players rises with the stakes; in big blinds it falls, so the micros have the highest caps relative to the big blind: 6BB up to $0.1/$0.2, 4BB from $0.2/$0.5 to $1/$2, 2BB from $2/$4 to $50/$100, 1.5BB from $100/$200 and 1BB from $1000/$2000.
The tables come from WPT Global's rake page. The CNY Hold'em, Short Deck, PLO and PACE figures match what we pulled from the client; the USD Hold'em table is from the site only. Big Ante tables mirror the structure with antes baked into blinds and higher caps. Other sites are in our poker rake comparison.

No. MTTs carry a fee of about 10% inside the buy-in with no ongoing rakeback, and Global Spins are raked at 5% plus 1% for the progressive jackpot.
We read the MTT fee off the tournament lobby in the client. WPT Global has run 100% MTT rakeback promotions, in March 2024 and again in 2026, but they paid out in freerolls and each ran for a limited time. Count them as an occasional bonus when they appear.
Global Spins run at buy-ins from $1 to $100. The client doesn't show their rake, so the 5% + 1% comes from WPT Global's Global Spins page. The jackpot pays out on a 6,000x multiplier.
If you grind PLO, the 30% comes automatically at any stake. If you sit at $25/$50 and above and don't mind opening tables, the Boost pays 40% for the sessions you start.
Below the High tab, an NLHE regular's move is code WPDEALS at signup and a conversation with our support about the terms; FairGame means the answer depends on how the site reads your game. Everything else about the operator, from software to banking, is in our WPT Global review.
