PPPoker Go: Next Generation of Poker Apps
The developer of the largest mobile poker room announced the launch of the PPPoker Go platform. The new app, set in a primitive world and with an emphasis on gamification, was created for small groups of beginner players
Do we need another poker app?
The new PPPoker Go poker app will be released on Google Play and Apple Store in October 2024.
As the name suggests, this is a new development from the PPPoker team. Remember that they are responsible for the largest mobile poker app on the market, launched eight years ago.
Why is it necessary to create another poker club app?
PPPoker is an ideal platform for large clubs and unions. Many of the updates focused on meeting the needs of club owners.
PPPoker Go is designed for players directly and has a more minimalist approach. The app helps poker lovers to easily and quickly join games with friends.
The client interface highlights this difference. PPPoker has a more professional and technological design with light tones, while PPPoker Go has a more cartoonish design.
The developers commented that PPPoker Go focuses on a different segment of players: those looking for a “playful, casual, and fun gaming experience.”
What is unique about PPPoker Go?
The main differences between PPPoker Go and PPPoker are:

- Business model: users will be charged for the duration of the game
- Interface design: cartoonish app set in the caveman era

The most curious of these features will be the ability to have a pet. Players can assign their pets some unique characteristics by completing tasks to raise a dragon. Each player's dragon will accompany them at the tables and express different emotions during the hands.
We also highlight the following features:
- Sharing individual hands on social networks
- Text, voice, and video chats
- Quick access to games through a friend's link
- Unusual blind structure (1/3, 5/5), just like in live poker
- New statistics, you can find out, for example, which of the opponents at the tables won or lost the most with you
- Dynamic avatars
Only Hold'em and Omaha games are available, with the possibility of having Bomb Pot and Double Board.
Clubs in PPPoker Go will be called "clans." Club unions are not possible. The maximum number of members will be limited to maintain the clan nature.
Although the release of the PC version has not been confirmed yet, the developers confirmed that it will be possible to play from the web browser.
