GGPoker TV: GGSeries Stream with Hole Cards and Commentary

One of the major developments in online poker in recent years has been streaming. Hundreds of poker pros have created channels on YouTube and most recently on Twitch to share their games and some have even managed to acquire a loyal group of fans. Online poker rooms are also doing their job, and many have launched official channels to promote their brands.

GGPoker.TV: Official GGPoker Twitch Channel

After recruiting world-famous poker players like Daniel Negreanu and ElkY for its Team Pro, GGPoker is now enhancing its online presence with a new Twitch channel. Grinders will now have the possibility to follow their poker idols playing high stakes tournaments and studying their decisions.

The first major streaming had Joe Stapleton (as in the Galfond Challenge), and Matt Berkey as commentators and Negreanu and Grospellier joined later to comment on the game. ElkY was also streaming other tournaments of the GG Series 2020 S on his own Twitch channel with just a 4-minute delay. The official stream features a 1-hour delay.

The hole cards were revealed once a player made a pre-flop action, and for example, we watched how ElkY was busted out with KK vs. AA.

A $10k Giveaway with Spin&Gold tickets and other rewards was held during the Sunday stream of the GGMasters $500k GTD event, which had 3,383 players, for a 33k overlay. The stream had about 1,000 followers.

The Prizes were awarded randomly to viewers that answered questions asked by the hosts, among other missions.
